Every ring is made to order. A CAD design is shared for your approval before casting begins, and a silver or wax sample is sent so you can feel the ring before it is cast. Once approved, the diamonds are set and the ring is hand-finished and polished. Lead time is 7–14 business days; if you need it sooner, chat with us. As all pieces are made to order, the ring cannot be returned once cast. Stones can be returned and fully refunded within 30 days of receipt.

Each ring is CAD designed to your specifications, then cast, hand-finished and British hallmarked in our London workshop. Before we cast in metal, you'll see a CAD render and try a silver or wax sample on — nothing is committed until you approve. Delivered in 7 to 14 working days. Complimentary insured worldwide shipping via FedEx or DHL — international orders arrive within 2–3 business days once dispatched, fully insured and tracked. Customs and duties calculated at checkout where applicable.

Returns. Only loose stones are returnable — full refund within 30 days of delivery.
