Delivery information

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £150. Orders below £150 are subject to a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.

UK delivery

Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery takes 1–2 business days.

International delivery

We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL, fully insured. Destinations include Europe, the Gulf and wider Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Canada, and North and South America. International delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

All applicable duties and taxes are included in the price — your parcel is delivered duty-paid (DDP). You will not be billed for any customs or import charges on arrival.

Lead times

• All rings: 7–14 working days from CAD / prototype approval
• Loose diamonds and gemstones: 5–7 working days
• Personalised or engraved items: 3–7 working days

Tracked, insured delivery

All orders — domestic and international — are dispatched fully insured with a tracked FedEx or DHL service. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every order arrives in our signature packaging, suitable for gifting. Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout.
