Every ring starts with a CAD design, becomes a silver sample for you to try on, and is cast in your chosen metal — platinum or 18ct white, yellow or rose gold. Botanical motifs we work with most often
Leaf and laurel. Single leaf shoulders, paired laurel branches winding around the band, oak and olive references. Vine and twig. Slim, textured bands that wrap the finger like climbing growth — usually paired with a solitaire centre stone. Floral cluster. Small diamonds or coloured gemstones grouped as petals around a centre — popular for halo and Toi et Moi designs. Tree-bark and root. Hammered or chased finishes on the band, often in mixed metals. Materials — why bespoke matters
Mass-cast nature-inspired rings tend to be made in 9ct or 14ct gold from generic moulds, which sacrifices detail in the casting. Bespoke work in 18ct gold or 950 platinum holds finer detail because the metal is more refined and the casting is purpose-made. Our jewellers hand-finish every leaf vein, every twig texture, after casting. The difference is visible at the finger — a bespoke nature-inspired band reads as carved rather than stamped. What is the lead time for a nature-inspired ring?
7 to 14 business days from sample approval. The first 2-4 days are CAD design and your review. Days 5-7 produce the silver or wax sample for your physical try-on.
